MODERN HR TRENDS IN THE HOTEL AND RESTAURANT BUSINESS
Abstract
The article examines the process of digitalization of HR functions in the hotel and restaurant business. Modern technological solutions that increase the efficiency of personnel management are analyzed. The main advantages of implementing digital tools in the hospitality sector are identified. Particular attention is paid to the role of emotional intelligence in shaping corporate culture, which contributes to improving interaction between employees and increasing customer satisfaction. Methods for developing emotional intelligence among employees and its impact on business success are described. The importance of professional training of employees for improving customer service, reducing staff turnover and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry is highlighted. The main methods of training and staff development are identified, which allow creating a highly qualified team for successful work in the hospitality market. The article examines the use of gamification as a tool for improving the effectiveness of internal communications in the hotel and restaurant business. It identifies how game elements can stimulate interaction among employees, increase motivation and engagement, and facilitate learning and information exchange processes. Emphasis is placed on the main benefits and possible risks of implementing gamification in corporate communications. The importance of creating an attractive company image to attract highly qualified employees, as well as approaches to effective talent management to support the sustainable development of the organization, is identified. Talent management and employer brand development are important components of the success strategy for companies in the hospitality industry. Since talented employees are the basis of a high level of service, hospitality enterprises must create conditions for attracting, developing and retaining the best personnel. Through effective approaches to talent management and creating a strong employer brand, organizations can ensure sustainable development and competitive advantages in the labor market.
