USING OF MODERN TECHNOLOGIES TO ENSURE THE QUALITY IN EDUCATION
Abstract
The development of education in Ukraine is a priority area of government policy. In today's environment, there is an immediate need to train highly qualified specialists who will ensure post-war recovery and sustainable economic growth with their knowledge, efforts and experience. A strategically important vector is the development of the education system based on continuous improvement of its quality. In the context of qualitative reform of the educational environment, at the stage of digital transformation, digitalisation of all sectors and areas of the economy, modern technologies are important tools, taking into account the trends and prospects of the information society. The goal of the article is to determine the peculiarities of using modern technologies and to clarify their importance in improving the quality of education in Ukraine under current conditions. The article marks out the key aspects of ensuring the quality of education as one of the priority principles of formation of the State policy in the field of education, as well as innovative, socio-economic and cultural development of society in Ukraine. It is determined that ensuring the quality of education is important both at the local, regional and national levels. Among the main areas of implementation of modern technologies, it is advisable to distinguish the following: the use of information and communication technologies for the organisation of the educational process; introduction of interactive technologies that can be used during classes; application of artificial intelligence and adaptive learning technologies; introduction of gamification of the educational process; application of distance learning platforms. The importance of using modern technologies to improve the quality of management processes in the field of education is determined and the main directions of their application are described. The need to improve the material and technical support of educational institutions and increase the level of digital literacy of scientific and pedagogical staff as one of the main conditions for the effective use of modern technologies in ensuring the quality of education is emphasised. Prospects for further research are to identify the nature and content of the impact of modern technologies on the quality of education in Ukraine and the process of quality management of the sustainable development of the innovation component of the education system.
