Abstract

The formation of business reputation in industrial enterprises under digitization conditions is a crucial factor in ensuring competitiveness and sustainable development. The study aims to analyze the impact of digital transformation on reputation management and identify key strategies for strengthening corporate image in the digital era. The relevance of this topic stems from the growing role of digital platforms, artificial intelligence, and big data in shaping corporate reputation. The research employs a systematic approach, utilizing analytical and comparative methods to examine the effectiveness of digital branding, transparency in corporate communications, business process transformation, reputation management, and corporate social responsibility. The analysis focuses on the role of digital tools, automated monitoring systems, and innovative approaches in mitigating reputation risks and enhancing trust among stakeholders. The findings indicate that digital branding enhances brand recognition and fosters consumer loyalty, while transparent corporate communications strengthen stakeholder confidence. Business process transformation improves operational efficiency through automation and artificial intelligence, contributing to better decision-making. Digital reputation management allows enterprises to monitor and respond to emerging threats, protecting their corporate identity. Additionally, corporate social responsibility initiatives, when integrated with digital solutions, increase public trust and social engagement. The practical significance of this study lies in providing industrial enterprises with a structured framework for leveraging digital technologies to manage reputation effectively. The proposed strategies offer solutions to key challenges, such as cybersecurity risks, crisis response, and adaptation to evolving market demands. Future research should focus on integrating blockchain technologies, enhancing artificial intelligence capabilities in reputation analytics, and advancing corporate social responsibility through digital innovations.
