THE PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGERIAL PERSONNEL IN THE CONTEXT OF POST-WAR ECONOMY
Abstract
In the context of Ukraine’s post-war recovery, the effectiveness of managerial decisions becomes a key factor in economic stabilization, modernization of production processes, attracting investments, and integrating the country into global markets. The loss of a significant portion of qualified specialists, the destruction of economic and educational infrastructure, as well as radical changes in the socio-economic environment, necessitate a qualitative renewal of the professional development system for managerial personnel. The aim of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the problems and determination of prospects for the development of the professional training system for managerial personnel in the conditions of Ukraine’s post-war economy. The relevance of the issue of professional development of managerial personnel in the post-war economy of Ukraine is driven by the need to restore the national economy, enhance the effectiveness of managerial decisions, and adapt to new challenges. The following research methods were used in the study: theoretical analysis and generalization, comparative analysis, system analysis, sociological research, expert evaluation, among others.In the course of the study on the problems and prospects of professional development of managerial personnel in the conditions of Ukraine’s post-war economy, the following scientific results were obtained: the role of professional development of managers in the post-war period has been theoretically substantiated; the main problems of the professional development system for managers in the post-war economy have been identified; strategic recommendations for improving the system of professional development for managers have been developed. The practical value of this study lies in the fact that the obtained scientific results can be used in the formation of state policy in the field of managerial education, the modernization of educational programs in higher educational institutions and corporate training centers, as well as in the process of developing strategies for professional development of managers in Ukraine’s post-war economy.
