DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN TECHNOLOGIES OF BANKING SERVICE TO THE POPULATION

Abstract

The article studies the features of the development of modern technologies for retail banking. Successful activity in the banking sector requires banks to constantly introduce innovations that allow them to adapt to dynamically changing market conditions. In conditions of great competition, banks must be flexible and innovative in order not only to maintain their positions, but also to ensure further development and growth. A classification of innovative banking products is carried out and a mechanism for introducing modern technologies in the banking sector is presented. An analysis of the main modern areas of retail banking services by commercial banks for 2019-2023 is carried out. Problems and prospects for the introduction of modern digital services and products in a commercial bank are identified. The introduction of innovations in the banking sector is a key factor in meeting customer needs and increasing competitiveness. Innovations not only expand the range of banking products, but also optimize business processes, making them more efficient. Today, the digital economy requires banks to implement the latest technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning and service automation. This allows banks not only to respond faster to market changes, but also to improve customer interaction. The digital transformation of the banking sector has undoubtedly significantly changed the market for banking products and services. New challenges arise, related to both technological innovations and changing customer needs. Modern bank customers increasingly expect personalized solutions, which requires greater flexibility in offering banking products. Digital technologies, in particular artificial intelligence and big data, make it possible to quickly analyze large amounts of information, which allows banks to more accurately forecast demand and assess risks. This requires updating the methods for classifying banking products in accordance with new analysis methods. Digitalization creates new cyber threats, which requires special attention to data security. Banking products must now include cybersecurity services as a mandatory part.
