STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPETITIVENESS OF ENTERPRISES IN THE FIELD OF LOGISTICS SERVICES IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Abstract
The study is devoted to the strategic management of the competitiveness of enterprises in the field of logistics services in the conditions of digital transformation. In today's conditions of globalization and constant technological progress, enterprises are forced to adapt their business processes to maintain a high level of competitiveness. Digital transformation, which includes the integration of the latest information technologies, process automation and the use of big data, is becoming a key success factor for enterprises in the logistics sector. The work analyzes the current state and trends in the development of logistics services, the impact of digital technologies on the efficiency of operations and the competitiveness of enterprises. The authors explore the implementation of the latest technologies, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and the Internet of Things, and their role in improving management processes and optimizing supply chains. The purpose of the study is to develop strategic approaches to managing the competitiveness of enterprises in the field of logistics services. The key success factors have been identified, including the importance of integrating digital technologies into business processes, improving staff qualifications, and developing an innovative culture in companies. The research methodology includes system analysis, comparative analysis and empirical research based on data from real enterprises. Key findings show that successful businesses actively use digital innovation to improve their competitiveness. They implement automated management systems, use big data to forecast demand and optimize inventory, and apply artificial intelligence to improve logistics processes. An important aspect of the study is the identification of barriers to digital transformation. Among them are high costs for the introduction of the latest technologies, resistance to changes among personnel, and the lack of necessary competencies among employees. To overcome these barriers, comprehensive strategies are proposed, including training and retraining of personnel, involvement of external experts and partners, as well as development of flexible business models that allow quick adaptation to changes in the market. The work also considers the issue of sustainable development in the context of digital transformation of logistics services. The use of environmentally friendly technologies and the optimization of logistics processes in order to reduce the carbon footprint are important aspects of modern strategic management.
