FORMATION OF THE SYSTEM OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE IN THE CONDITIONS OF MARTIAL LAW
Abstract
The relevance of the research topic is due to the need to develop practical approaches to the strategic management of enterprises under martial law, which will ensure their stability, adaptability, and ability to respond to dynamic external risks and changes. In martial law, strategic management becomes especially relevant, as it is aimed at adapting business processes to rapid and unpredictable changes in the external environment and developing sustainable strategies that can protect the enterprise from crisis impacts. The purpose of the article is to determine the essence and features of the strategic management of the enterprise in the conditions of martial law, as well as to develop approaches and stages of the formation of an effective strategic management system. The article uses a comprehensive approach to the study of strategic management of an enterprise under martial law, which includes both theoretical and practical methods, in particular comparative analysis (to compare the features of strategic and operational management), a systematic approach, a method of structural analysis (to systematize the stages of the system strategic enterprise management), etc. The article examines the essence of strategic management as an essential tool for ensuring long-term stability and sustainable development of the enterprise. An analysis of the main differences between strategic and operational management is carried out, which allows for a deeper understanding of their role in achieving the general goals of the enterprise and the effective implementation of its mission. The main stages and approaches to forming a strategic management system are defined, including a detailed analysis of the current state of the enterprise, setting strategic goals, developing adaptive strategies, and creating mechanisms for monitoring and controlling their implementation. As a result, the expediency of forming a system of strategic management of the enterprise in the conditions of martial law is substantiated. The practical value of the study lies in the fact that the approaches and recommendations considered can be helpful for enterprise managers, as they contribute to the construction of a flexible strategic management system capable of responding effectively to external challenges and ensuring the sustainability of operations even in times of crisis.
