THE ESSENCE AND FACTORS OF TRANSFORMATION PROCESSES IN ORGANIZATIONS UNDER DIGITALIZATION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the essence and factors that determine the transformational processes in organizations in the conditions of digitalization, which is connected with the transformation of the business model, the evolution of enterprises to digital ones. The achievement of the set goal is ensured by the use of such research methods as comparison, analogy, analysis and synthesis (when studying literary sources, to determine the essence of digitization processes, factors that determine the management characteristics of the organization in the process of digital transformation), analysis and synthesis, abstract-logical - to establish the features of the transition from a traditional to an innovative model based on digitization.Attention is focused on the factors favorable to the development of management technologies in the conditions of digitalization of business. The global experience of researching digital transformations and related organizational changes based on the construction of an innovative business model or transformations of a traditional model is highlighted. Possible strategic actions regarding the development of integrated elements of digitization as part of the company's strategies are considered, which is especially important given the fact that digital technologies, when implemented in the organization, interact with organizational and management characteristics, - with the organization's strategy, resources, processes, values, the culture of the organization. The relationship between management competencies and digital business is outlined. Among the abilities required for the successful implementation of the digitization mechanism in the enterprise management system, the abilities related to the management of digital assets (leadership abilities in data management) are highlighted; skills related to management of organizational factors; experimental abilities. Such abilities will contribute to the successful implementation of structural changes, synchronization of information technologies, organizational culture and goals, alignment of management technologies, business strategies and goals. Important areas of management in which changes should take place on the path of digital transformation have been identified.
