ETHICAL NORMS AND PRINCIPLES OF BUSINESS COMMUNICATION PROCESSES IN INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT
Abstract
The article examines the role and place of ethical norms and principles of business communications in international management. The essence of communication as a specific form of business communication is considered, its main types are characterized. Particular emphasis in the article is placed on disclosing the peculiarities of communication processes in international companies, as well as the role of communication in improving the efficiency of their activities. Based on the analysis of the achievements of humanistic ethics and psychology in the context of business communication, the basic principles of business ethics are considered, its economic feasibility and business orientation are shown. It is determined that in order to improve ethical behavior in international companies, managers can use such effective tools as a code of ethics, ethical training and education, the establishment of an ethics committee, monitoring and auditing of ethical behavior, rewards for ethical behavior, corporate and social responsibility, etc. Modern ethical concepts in international management, such as utilitarianism, respect for human rights and justice, and new business models, are considered and analyzed. In the conducted research, the authors of the article conclude that in the activities of international companies, the ethics of human resource management is crucial, which has its own characteristics due to the diversity of cultures, legislation, languages, and management traditions in both home and host countries. It is emphasized that today the most effective management system is a model based on the principle of common destiny and the interests of employees, investors and consumers, which helps to solve one of the main tasks of modern management - to activate the human factor to achieve the goals and targets of the company.
