MODERN TRENDS OF INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC COOPERATION IN ACHIEVING SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC GROWTH
Abstract
The article provides an in-depth examination of current trends and challenges in international economic cooperation within the framework of sustainable economic development. It emphasizes key international initiatives and agreements, such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the Paris Climate Agreement, and trade agreements, which play a crucial role in shaping global economic dynamics. Highlighted are the main areas of international economic cooperation, including trade, investments, innovative technologies, energy, and environmental protection. The study explores the impact of globalization, digitalization, and the rise of green technologies, showing their positive effect on international economic relations by reducing environmental pressure and increasing production efficiency. Special focus is placed on innovative approaches in energy and industrial sectors, which are critical for sustainable development. The integration of energy-efficient technologies, reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, and development of a circular economy all contribute to minimizing environmental risks. The analysis also addresses the major challenges facing countries today, such as climate change, social inequality, political instability, and demographic shifts, which necessitate the adoption of innovative strategies and efficient resource management. The article emphasizes the importance of new partnerships and global coordination efforts to achieve sustainable and resilient long-term economic growth. Further, the article discusses the prospects for international economic cooperation in a post-pandemic world, where international trade relations and investment flows must adapt to new global realities. Current trends are marked by a need for high mobility of economic resources and flexibility within production chains, as global crises demand dynamic economic responses. The article concludes that overcoming modern challenges requires countries to integrate social and environmental factors into their economic planning processes. This integration is fundamental to enhancing economic resilience and enabling countries to adapt to future global challenges.
