MECHANISMS AND MODELS OF ENTERING THE EUROPEAN MARKET OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES. PROSPECTIVE DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the issues of mechanisms and models of entering the European market of educational services and prospects for the development of such services. The article states that the Ukrainian sphere of educational services can be effective in case of renewal of education taking into account the current world trends in the development of education in a broad socio-economic context. It has been studied that the socio-economic dynamics and the civilizational future of Ukraine depends on the development of education and the knowledge economy, so the study and generalization of the characteristic features and features, the mechanisms of the formation of the knowledge economy system, as well as its impact on social production, taking into account the processes of globalization, is very important. It was determined that the training of personnel, ensuring political and social stability, development of civil society institutions and strengthening the security of citizens and the state are the result of effective and well-organized education at the regulatory and financial level both in the state and beyond. An interim conclusion was made that education occupies a special place in the country's economy, it should be constantly monitored, its effectiveness should be evaluated, and growth should be directed at the state strategic level, and the development of intellectual potential is a product of the education system, which builds up new knowledge, provides innovative and technological improvement of production, ensures economic growth. It was analyzed that the functions of education are reproduction of the human potential of the national economy; development of human potential, acceleration of socio-economic development of society; and the educational services market is a huge sector that is rapidly developing and covers a wide range of offers in a given field. The scientific article determined that the mechanism that will stimulate the development of the market of educational services in the near future is the growth of the number of students in higher educational institutions. The demand for increasing digital literacy has been established, because given the rapid pace of technological changes, employers are increasingly looking for employees with the appropriate skills to compete at a decent level in the labor market. It was concluded that the number of virtual schools is increasing and dictating new rules on the market of educational services, so the efforts of the state should be focused on improving the quality of education, ensuring compliance of educational services with the requirements of international markets.
