CONTEMPORARY CHALLENGES OF THE CONCEPTUAL PRINCIPLES OF THE FORMATION OF THE STRATEGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS OF THE STATE'S ECONOMIC SYSTEM UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGE PARADIGM
Abstract
Today’s transformational transformations necessitate conceptual changes and the implementation of economic shifts in the aspect of forming modern innovative conceptual foundations for the formation of a strategy for ensuring the effective development of investment attractiveness. In the materials of the scientific research, a conceptual analysis of the scientific literature regarding aspects of the research on the formation of a strategy for the protection of the economic system of the state by both domestic and foreign scientists is highlighted. Particular attention is focused on the formation of data analysis of approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of the state-level response mechanism to the threats of the surrounding economic environment; attention is focused on the formation of three main ones: a legal approach, a social approach, and a pragmatic approach. The work discloses a brief description and basic information for each of the mentioned approaches in general. In addition, the work reveals a list of the main factors influencing the formation of the level of investment attractiveness of the national economic system, which consists of factors of general (direct) and secondary (indirect) influence on the level of investment attractiveness of the state’s economic system. In addition, the article reveals the essence and forms a list of features of the strategy of development of investment resources in order to ensure a high level of investment attractiveness of the state’s economic system, the hierarchy of the formation of the investment attractiveness of the national economic system in the context of the influence of aspects of the main globalization shifts is given.Thus, taking into account the above, it is necessary to create and use a state mechanism for prompt response to threats to the surrounding economic environment, namely, a strategy for protecting the country's economic system. However, taking into account the diversity of the direction of the formation of the methodological foundations of the strategy for the protection of Ukraine's economy in the conditions of digital transformation, it is necessary to introduce an innovative, new approach to assessing the degree of effectiveness of the state-level mechanism for responding to threats in the surrounding economic environment. The work provides a generalized list of the main measures to improve the level of investment attractiveness of the economy of Ukraine in 2023-2024.
