Abstract

The article substantiates the important role of partnership relations between subjects of the agrarian sector in the conditions of globalization and integration processes, which are currently becoming actualized. The author states that the development of partnership relations not only contributes to the strengthening of the economic potential of agricultural regions, but also plays a key role in increasing their competitiveness on the European and world markets. The study confirmed that, taking into account the dynamic changes in the international agricultural sector, questions regarding the formation and effective implementation of the concept of the development of partnership relations, based on the principles of mutual benefit and cooperation, are becoming more relevant. At the same time, the priority of this concept is the creation of conditions for effective interaction between subjects of the agricultural sector, in particular farms, agricultural enterprises, scientific institutions and state bodies. At the same time, integration processes regarding the European agricultural space require agricultural regions to combine the adaptation principles of the introduction of European production standards and environmental norms with the development of innovative approaches to management, marketing, logistics and other aspects of activity. In the research process, it was noted that complex transformation is made possible by means of a deep understanding of market needs, the ability to quickly adapt to changes in external influences, and effective use of resources, which is generally carried out with the help of strong partnerships. Approaches to the grouping of stakeholders are outlined as an important component of the development of branding of agrarian regions in the conditions of European integration, where each group has unique interests, resources, opportunities and expectations that can be mobilized to achieve a common goal, form effective strategies and realize their goals. The research has proven that the institutional infrastructure for the development of branding of agrarian regions in the conditions of European integration combines several key elements that, in the interdependence of interests, are aimed at supporting and developing effective partnership relations between subjects of the agrarian sector.
