ANALYSIS OF THE ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF «AZOREL» LLC AND ADVICE ON THEIR IMPROVEMENT
Abstract
The article analyzes the conditions of formation and development of the Ukrainian agricultural production of Azorel LLC, the evolution of its expansion from a small family farm to a regional enterprise with products under its own trademark. The basic orientations of agricultural production on the issue of food quality are analyzed, which encourages the enterprise to adhere to European standards. Diagnostics of the enterprise was carried out using the PEST and SNW-analysis methods, which made it possible to identify strengths and weaknesses in the management of the enterprise and formulate recommendations for improving management. The conclusion is formulated that the automation of production in the future will lead to a decrease in production costs, an increase in productivity, and at the same time will affect the reduction of the number of jobs. The recommendation for the enterprise to carry out an analysis of demand and supply for dairy products in the region, a deeper study of its competitors with the aim of determining its own advantages and disadvantages for correcting the development strategy, is substantiated. It is worth paying attention to the fact that the development of the company must be balanced, that is, it is necessary to take care of the balanced use of resources, risks and opportunities. It is recommended to focus on improving the production process, warehouse and logistics management, and the development of e-commerce. There is a well-founded need to form a high-quality staff that meets the company's needs and to ensure their professional development and training, as well as establishing an effective communication system between management and employees. Lack of openness in communication with partners, gaps in knowledge of legislation and a weak reporting control system were identified as shortcomings in enterprise management. It is substantiated that the implementation of the recommendation will contribute to the further development of the enterprise, increase the quality of its products, and increase its profitability and competitiveness on the regional market of dairy products
