RESOURCE ASSURANCE OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF SERVICES OF RAIL TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The relevance of the topic of the article is determined by the fact that the existing system of management of the quality of services of railway transport enterprises needs radical changes, despite the difficult times for practically all branches of the national economy of Ukraine. The work defines the main directions and prospects of resource support of the quality management system of services of railway transport enterprises. It was established that the system of quality management of services of railway transport enterprises entails the systematic use of economic, management and resource potential. These potentials can be used to meet the needs of consumers, provided that they benefit the entity that provides them, as well as to increase competitiveness and socio-economic development. It was noted that the resource support of the quality management system of services of railway transport enterprises in general should solve the following tasks: determination of the level of competitiveness of the transport service, its individual types; assessment of the structure of resources and their use; analysis of the efficiency of the use of resources; choice of strategy and tactics of resource provision; planning of the development of resources provision of the system of quality management of services, taking into account the promising goals and availability of the resources; implementation of planned measures related to development of resourcing provision management of quality of services. It was established that today it is necessary to create an effective system of relevant state regulatory bodies on resource provision of railway transport enterprises. This will improve the quality of services, meeting international standards and using the best world experience. It was noted that the quality management system of services should cover all aspects of the activities of rail transport enterprises and integrate the requirements of good practices with ISO requirements, in order to ensure technological development, production and provision of quality service at a high level. It was concluded that the resource support of the system of management of the quality of services of railway transport enterprises should be formed on the basis of the use of the aggregate own potential of economic entities, further digitization of the provision of services, effective use of IT-technologies and the creation of an effective system of relevant state bodies regulating resource provision for rail transport.
