INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO THE FORMATION OF BUSINESS PROCESSES AS A STRUCTURAL ELEMENT OF THE INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL OF THE ENTERPRISE
Abstract
The article discusses innovative approaches to the formation of business processes as a structural element of the intellectual capital of an enterprise. The authors note that in the context of the modern economy, characterized by high competition and rapid changes, enterprises need to constantly adapt to changing conditions and seek new sources of competitive advantage. One of these sources is intellectual capital, which includes intangible assets such as knowledge, information, competencies, technologies, etc. Business processes, as one of the main elements of intellectual capital, play an important role in ensuring the effective operation of the enterprise. The article analyzes various approaches to the formation of business processes, including traditional and innovative. Traditional approaches are based on the analysis of existing business processes and their optimization. Innovative approaches, on the other hand, are aimed at creating new business processes that can improve the efficiency of the enterprise. The authors of the article highlight the following advantages of the innovative approach to the formation of business processes: Increased efficiency of the enterprise through cost reduction, labor productivity improvement, and product or service quality improvement; Increased flexibility and adaptability of the enterprise to changing conditions; Creation of new opportunities for the development of the enterprise. The article provides an example of an innovative approach to the formation of business processes in an enterprise. This approach is based on the use of process analysis and modeling methods, as well as knowledge and innovation management methods. The authors of the article conclude that innovative approaches to the formation of business processes are an effective tool for increasing the competitiveness of an enterprise in modern conditions. Project financing plays a crucial role in powering innovation, yet traditional methods often fall short in supporting cutting-edge advancements. This article delves into the realm of innovative financing approaches, highlighting their ability to unlock resources and propel ventures beyond conventional limitations.
