STUDY CALCULATIONS OF NORMATIVE COSTS OF CONDUCTING QUALIFICATION EXAMINATION OF PLANT VARIETIES AT THE UKRAINIAN INSTITUTE FOR PLANT VARIETY EXAMINATION

Abstract

The article examines the existing calculations of the normative costs of conducting the qualification examination of plant varieties at the Ukrainian Institute for Plant Variety Examination. The peculiarities of the technological map for carrying out qualification examination, in particular the examination on the suitability of varieties for distribution and the examination on the difference, homogeneity and stability of plant varieties, are highlighted. The operational structure and volume of production, the system of machines and equipment, the structure and the total amount of operating costs for the blocks of the technological map (output data, technological, technical, economic and final parts) was determined. Production norms for observations and records during the qualification examination on the suitability of varieties for distribution and the qualification examination on the difference, homogeneity and stability at the Ukrainian Institute for Plant Variety Examination were considered. Production and fuel consumption rates are given for mechanized field work in typical technological maps when collecting variety trails. The structure of norm-changes, labor costs and the labor fund in the section of the blocks of a typical technological map for the qualification examination of plant varieties at the Ukrainian Institute for Plant Variety Examination was calculated. Hourly tariff rates and coefficients of inter-grade rations, when drawing up typical technological maps for the qualification examination of plant varieties at the Ukrainian Institute for Plant Variety Examination, were determined. The structure of regulatory costs for the qualification examination of plant varieties was analyzed, the need for fuel and energy resources, fertilizers, plant protection agents was determined. The normative cost of one variety trail in the section of the main agricultural crops for the qualification examination on the suitability of varieties for distribution and the qualification examination on the difference, homogeneity and stability at the Ukrainian Institute for Plant Variety Examination were established.
