INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AGRARIAN SPHERE UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NATIONAL SYSTEM OF SUSTAINABILITY
Abstract
The article highlights the model of innovative development of the agrarian sphere of Ukraine, which foresees the need to integrate efforts in two directions - increasing the efficiency of agricultural production and significantly improving the socio-economic living conditions of the population in rural areas. It has been proven that the innovative architecture of the agricultural development model must be built according to the principles of the optimal sectoral structure of the national economy. The conformity of the model of innovative development of the agrarian sphere of Ukraine with the current challenges, the national system of sustainability and the expectations of the Ukrainian population for a significant improvement of socio-economic conditions and well-being in the country is substantiated. It is emphasized that the construction of the proposed innovative model of the development of the agrarian sphere in the conditions of the national stability system can begin only after the renewal of the government and the anti-corruption reform, which is a prerequisite for the next steps - regarding the implementation of a number of reforms that will ensure favorable conditions for attracting investments and business development. Five stages of the implementation of the innovative model of the development of the agrarian sphere are revealed through the characteristics and features of individual innovations in accordance with the each vector of the Concept of Sustainable Development of Ukraine. The justified application of a list of innovations will ensure an increase in labor productivity and the quality of agricultural products, preserve and even improve the quality of the soil, reduce overall costs, increase the export potential of farmers and increase the overall economic efficiency of work in agriculture; will significantly improve the social and economic conditions of living in rural areas, which will solve the demographic problem of urbanization of Ukraine and make the work of the agrarian prestigious.
