CONFLICT MANAGEMENT IN THE SYSTEM OF EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION
Abstract
The article deals with current problems related to the structural element of the modern organization management system - conflict management. It was determined that conflict management is a complex organizational and technological process, manifested in the form of a systematic approach to the identification, analysis, resolution and monitoring of conflicts in the organization, aimed at ensuring the appropriate level of its efficiency and functional stability. The main modern strategies and methods of conflict management, aimed at achieving the maximum efficiency of management of the organization, are considered. The key causes of conflicts in organizations and their impact on the effectiveness of personnel have been studied. The methods of identifying conflicts at an early stage have been determined, which allows to prevent their further aggravation and destructive impact. Modern tools and techniques for conflict resolution, including communication technologies, negotiations, conflict training and mediation, were studied. The features of the conflict management system as an element of effective management, which allows identifying, analyzing, resolving and preventively managing conflicts in the organization in order to maintain a favorable working environment, are considered. The positive aspects of conflicts are identified, namely their potential for stimulating the introduction of innovations and creative development of personnel in the organization. Effective examples of successful conflict management in leading companies have been studied, which help to understand how the resolution of conflict situations can contribute to increasing productivity and strengthening team dynamics in the management system. Recommendations for the implementation of effective conflict management strategies in organizations based on the assessment of key aspects of functional success in this area of management have been developed. It has been proven that effective conflict management contributes to increasing the productivity of personnel, improving interpersonal relations in the team, as well as overall strengthening of the organization's competitiveness in the long term. At the same time, the basis of successful conflict management is a properly defined and formed strategy, which should act as a structural element of the overall personnel management system.
