FORMATION OF A SYSTEM INDICATIVE ELEMENTS OF ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE IN AN INNOVATIVE ENVIRONMENT

Abstract

In the article identifies main indicative elements of administrative management of an enterprise in the innovative environment, which reflect the author's vision of the problem of ensuring efficient management of enterprises on the basis of the formed system of indicators. In addition, in the study we have implemented in the theoretical aspect the formation of a system of indicative elements of administrative management based on the analysis of existing management methods, which consists in developing a concept of indicative management of enterprise for the use of a system of indicators and special tools. In contrast to the existing approaches to indicative management, the formation of a system of indicative elements of administrative management allows, with the help of the methods proposed by us, to identify promising directions of development of an enterprise and to develop an indicative forecast of their development in the innovative environment. We also propose an optimal structure of the system of indicative administrative management of enterprise, which reflects the most significant aspects of the enterprise functioning and is implemented through the developed tools of indicative management in the system of administrative management of enterprise. As a result of the study, we have determined that the use of these innovative techniques is possible only in the context of the system of indicative administrative management implemented at the enterprise, where each of the proposed indicative management tools contributes to making effective management decisions for positive development in the future and is a process in which management decisions are made on the basis of an analysis of the situation based on identifying the direction of development of the process or phenomena under study. At the same time, the indicators underlying the system of indicative administrative management allow to clearly reflect the changes taking place within the object of management, namely, indicative management is aimed at obtaining a higher level of profit by an enterprise, effective positioning and ensuring its stable socio-economic development in the future despite the negative impact of external and internal environment factors.
