FEATURES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNATIONAL TECHNICAL COOPERATION BETWEEN KPP-CENTER LLC AND AUSTRIAN ENTERPRISES IN THE FIELD OF AUTO EQUIPMENT TRADE IN EXTREME CONDITIONS
Abstract
International technical cooperation contributes to the development of international relations of the enterprise for its integration into the world and European business system and the growth of authority in the world. Joint work with foreign partners is aimed primarily at training specialists; holding international conferences, symposia, seminars and working meetings; membership in international scientific and administrative structures, associations, societies; celebration of certain achievements of the enterprise at the international level. The process of creating a high-quality and effective administrative and legal framework for the activities of enterprises is impossible without participation in international organizations and various programs for adaptation and development in our country. Among the main forms of such cooperation, which contributes to the improvement of work and modernization of the enterprise in today's realities, we can single out the signing of international technical cooperation programs, joint meetings, etc. This testifies to the relevance and necessity of considering such a direction of the enterprise's activity as international technical cooperation in the field of trade, in particular auto-equipment. On the basis of generalization of theoretical foundations and modern views on the impact of globalization and integration processes on the state of international technical cooperation in the field of trade of the country and its enterprises, it is urgent to develop theoretical, methodological and practical approaches to the formation and implementation of international technical cooperation in the field of trade. The priority directions of development of technical cooperation in the field of trade in auto-equipment are systematized; the legislative regulation of international technical cooperation and international trade has been studied; macroeconomic indicators of Ukraine and Austria are analyzed; the experience of Austria in the development of priority areas of technical cooperation in the field of trade in auto equipment is studied; the organizational and economic characteristics of KPP-Center LLC are provided and the possibilities of technical cooperation in the field of trade in auto equipment at KPP-Center LLC in the context of the development of MEW in Ukraine and Austria were studied. Measures are selected and substantiated, as well as recommendations for the development of priority areas of technical cooperation between Ukraine and Austria in the field of trade in auto equipment are provided.
