Abstract
The resilience of the social and labor sphere ensures economic and social growth of the national economy and the well-being of the population. Understanding the essence of the phenomenon of resilience in the social and labor sphere is important for diagnosing problems and developing a state policy to strengthen it. The purpose of the article is to deepen the understanding of the phenomenon of resilience in the social and labor sphere, substantiate the potential of digitalization to strengthen the resilience of the social and labor sphere, especially in the period of post-war recovery of Ukraine. The article elaborates scientific approaches to understanding the essence of the phenomenon of resilience in the social and labor sphere. The theoretical foundations of the phenomenon of resilience in the social and labor sphere are interpreted from the point of view of a systemic approach. It is determined that the main principles of forming the resilience of the social and labor sphere involve ensuring stability of its components: social and labor relations, labor market, workforce, employee, and man-machine system. The change of the resilience system of the social and labor sphere in the context of Industry 5.0 with a shift in emphasis to the symbiosis of man – machine is studied. The level of resilience of the national labor market in the pre-war period is considered, and a significant decrease in its potential is determined. The expediency of using digitalization as a factor in strengthening the resilience of the social and labor sphere is substantiated. Emphasis is placed on changing the paradigm of digitization based on the principles of Industry 5.0 towards humane digitalization. The author’s interpretation of the term humane digitalization is offered. The advantages of using humane digitalization to strengthen the resilience of the social and labor sphere in the period of post-war recovery of the national economy are determined. A qualitative assessment of the impact of humane digitalization on the social and labor sphere is carried out. The directions for strengthening the resilience of the social and labor sphere of Ukraine using the advantages of humane digitalization in the period of post-war recovery are developed.
