PROBLEMS OF TRANSFORMATION OF SOCIAL AND LABOR RELATIONS OF EMPLOYMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITALIZATION OF THE ECONOMY
Abstract
The purpose of the article is to study the main trends and problems of the transformation of social and labor relations of employment in the conditions of digitalization of the economy. The rapid development of information and communication technologies and the intensification of the digitization of the economy leads to the transformation of social and labor relations of employment, this necessitates the study of this phenomenon for the adaptation of traditional forms of employment, the prevention of unemployment and the training of highly qualified specialists with the aim of the most rational and effective use of modern labor resources for development of the national economy. The article examines approaches to determining the essence of digitization, identifies the main forms of non-standard employment and the consequences of its spread, identifies factors that will have both a positive and negative impact on social and labor relations of employment, examines the impact of the deepening of digitization processes on the content and forms of work, working places, nature of social and labor relations. The labor market reacts most acutely to the deepening and acceleration of the processes of digitalization of the economy. The main trends in the transformation of social and labor relations of employment in modern conditions should include: a change in the structure of employment; the spread of such non-standard forms of employment as temporary employment, disguised employment, dependent self-employment, part-time and on-call work and multi-party employment relationship; work not only under labor contracts, but also under civil law contracts, etc. In this context, a number of problems and risks arise in the social and labor sphere, in particular, such as a decrease in the level of social protection and social security of the population, risks of loss of social status, increase in unemployment, and others, which necessitate further research into this issue. The results of the research are of practical importance, as they allow to improve the scientific and methodological basis of the state policy of regulating the employment.
