RESEARCH OF THE MAIN ELEMENTS FORMATION STRATEGIC ENSURE OF THE ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY IN THE SYSTEM OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the topical issues of the study of the main elements of strategic provision of economic sustainability in the system of operational management of the enterprise. It analyzes various theoretical approaches to defining the concept of «economic sustainability» from the point of view of operational management. It analyzes various theoretical approaches to defining the concept of «economic sustainability» from the standpoint of operational management. The factors that can affect the economic sustainability of the enterprise and various methods of domestic and foreign scientists regarding the strategic provision of the economic sustainability of the enterprise, taking into account the influence of the operational management system, are determined. Based on the analysis of various theoretical approaches, the main elements of strategic ensure of the enterprise's economic sustainability in the enterprise's operational management system were identified through the definition of the main principles of their formation, which allowed to form their main elements and the most optimal action strategies were proposed. It was determined that the main elements of strategic ensure of economic sustainability in the operational management system of the enterprise consist, for the most part, in the implementation of stabilization strategies, anti-crisis strategies, components of separate financial strategies – the essence of which is sufficiently clear, and it is proposed to unify and make a universal mechanism for their implementation through clearly defined principles of operational management in the economic sustainability of the enterprise. That is why, from the point of view of practical activity – operational activity, enterprises can apply a wide range of elements of strategic ensure of the economic sustainability of the enterprise, from individual stabilization measures to complex strategic programs through the selection of the most optimal principles of operational management. On the basis of the obtained results, it was determined that the observance of the above-mentioned elements-principles of the formation of strategic ensure of economic sustainability in the operational management system of the enterprise is intended to create favorable conditions for it for further effective functioning and development with maximum consideration of probable changes, trends and requirements of the market environment.
