THE INFLUENCE OF DIGITALIZATION ON THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION
Abstract
Compliance with the concept of sustainable development today is a common direction of organizational development. Following such a strategy, the organization receives a number of competitive advantages - attractiveness for investors, a positive image, compliance with EC criteria. At the same time, the issue of implementation and development of digitalization in the organization is becoming relevant. As a result, the paper examines the influence of digitization on the sustainable development of the organization. It was determined that digitalization is associated with structural changes in the organization, as a result of which all business processes, value creation chains and external communications, management, social responsibility and corporate culture, etc., radically change, which contributes to the transformation of the business model of the functioning and development of organizations. The paper determined that digitalization is a tool for promoting the sustainable development of organizations in three directions: reducing environmental risks; promoting social integration, reducing inequality, developing literacy, and increasing financial inclusion; promotion of professional development of employees. The dependence of the sustainable development of the organization under the influence of digitalization, which includes environmental, social and management criteria and the impact of digitalization, which includes the dependent variable of the general digital quality of life index, is substantiated. The recommended dependence assumes the presence of a positive / negative impact of digitalization on all aspects of the organization's sustainable development. The work substantiates that in order to ensure sustainable development of the organization, it is necessary to form and develop a mechanism for ensuring sustainable development, the elements of which ensure balanced economic, social and ecological development of the organization. A mechanism for ensuring the sustainable development of the organization taking into account digitalization (economic resources, regulatory tools, criteria for evaluating the organization's activity) is recommended. This mechanism will ensure the sustainable development of the organization taking into account digitalization and allows taking into account changes in the internal and external environments, ensuring the balancing of the economic, social and environmental development of the organization.
