BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS AND THEIR INNOVATIVENESS IN THE ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Abstract
The article studies the essence of communications and their place in the process of enterprise activity. The approaches of individual scholars to the definition of the concept of "communication" are considered. It is determined that communication is a kind of mechanism for transmitting information from one person to another or to a group in the form of verbal or written signs. It is established that it is fundamentally important to form mechanisms for managing enterprise communications. The essence and place of communications at an enterprise are determined. It is outlined that external and internal communications are distinguished in relation to the enterprise. The former are manifested in the course of interaction of an enterprise with the environment outside of it. External communications contribute to the acquisition of a certain image of the enterprise in business circles. The hierarchical levels of management of communication processes at enterprises are allocated, communication channels and successive stages of the communication process are provided, their content is described. It is substantiated that communication is a subjective component between individuals, individuals and a group of individuals, and between separate groups. The model of traditional communication is outlined and its elements are substantiated. The concept of "conflict" is characterized, the sources and causes of organizational conflicts are identified. The mechanism of conflict management based on the innovation of tools and effective communication is presented. It is generalized that the lack of established communication channels and flows both within the organization and in its interaction with the external environment leads to the fact that the organization becomes unmanageable and its activities are inefficient. It is proved that in the course of communication interaction in an organization, the creation of information channels between employees and structural units is ensured, through which a system of information exchange is formed, interpersonal relations are developed and improved, and the creation of complete production processes and cycles for the implementation of the organization's tasks is ensured. Innovative measures to improve communication processes at the enterprise are formulated. Important elements of compliance with corporate identity and effectiveness of both internal and external business communications are highlighted.
