FORMATION OF THE KNOWLEDGE POTENTIAL OF ADMINISTRATION IN THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF A MANAGER

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study is to substantiate the processes of formation of the knowledge potential of administration in the professional development of the manager and to propose innovative mechanisms of administrative management that support these processes. The relevance of the study is due to the increase in the demand of business organizations for professional managers who are able to form knowledge potential and use it in the creation of organizational culture as a resource for effective development. An abstract logical method was used to build the methodological basis of the research, define its principles and theoretical generalizations, and formulate conclusions. With the help of the graphic modeling method, the visualization of the model of the algorithm for the formation of the knowledge potential of the organization's administration was carried out. Based on the analysis of scientific approaches to the formation of the administrative management mechanism, it was determined that the transformations of its development are related to the professional and technological processes of coordination, which are carried out on the basis of creative management decisions and lead to the formation of organizational culture, knowledge potential, as key elements of the transformation of new knowledge. The expediency of implementing the algorithm for the formation of the cognitive potential of the organization's administration into management practice is argued, since the presented algorithmic sequence connects the algorithms of thinking activity in the process of making managerial decisions with the algorithms of delegation of powers on the basis of the performance of administrative functions, which leads to the improvement of the administrative mechanism and its supporting factors – organizational communications, digital platform of administration, corrupt environment of organizational culture. The essence of the knowledge potential of administration in the organization is determined and the prerequisites for its effective use are substantiated – the creativity of management and the formation and support of an organizational environment focused on the production of new administrative knowledge.
