ASSESSMENT OF THE COMPETITIVENESS OF PRODUCTS OF AN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE
Abstract
In connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation, Ukraine lost a significant part of powerful machine-building enterprises located mainly in the eastern regions of the country. It has been established that today Ukraine needs the creation and implementation of the National Strategy for the Development of the Machine-Building Industry. It is recommended to develop a set of organizational measures to promote the achievement of results in the field of technological modernization and increase the competitiveness of machine-building enterprises. The article examines the peculiarities of assessing the competitiveness of the products of an industrial enterprise. For the reliability of the assessment and the functional completeness of the analysis, it is proposed to use the method of comparative assessment of competitiveness, which involves the assessment of the competitive advantages of the products of an industrial enterprise by comparing it with a reference product. The stages of evaluating the competitiveness of the product with the help of comparison have been established, namely: market analysis and selection of the most competitive product sample as a basis; determination of a set of compared parameters of both samples; calculation of the integral indicator of the competitiveness of the evaluated products. The level of competitiveness of the products of PrJSC "Kalynivsk Machine-Building Plant", which is a strategically important industrial enterprise of Ukraine, was studied. It was determined that this company is focused on the supply and installation of equipment for the food and processing industry and implements complex projects – technological solutions, selection, design, manufacturing, automation, supply, installation and electrical installation of equipment, commissioning, commissioning, service, warranty and post-warranty maintenance . Based on the scale of the enterprise's range, the selected product for assessing competitiveness is the A2-HPK tunnel type bakery oven, and the main competitors are PrJSC "Barskyi Mashzavod" and PU "Brovarskyi ZTM". Based on the results of the analysis, recommendations were proposed for PrJSC "Kalynivskyi Machine-Building Plant" to ensure the firm competitiveness of the enterprise.
