INNOVATIVE METHODS OF MANAGING THE PRODUCTION OF CROP PRODUCTS

Abstract

The scientific article is devoted to the consideration of the relevance of the innovative methods application of the managing production of plant products, which speed up the implementation of innovative processes by ensuring the long-term ability of agrarian enterprises to transform, perceive, adapt to innovations, and creating mechanisms for the implementation of global transformations in innovation. The work explores the concept of "innovative management methods", which is highlighted as a system of organizational innovations implemented in the management of agricultural enterprises. In the course of research, it was found that innovative methods of managing the plant products production include special types of management in the field of technologies and personnel which involved in the enterprises. It was proved that innovation in the management of the production of plant products is a change in the essence of technologies, functions and organization of the management process, the method of operation of the management apparatus, which increases the efficiency of agricultural enterprises in conditions of undetermined influence of external and internal environmental factors. And it is also implemented through the use of the competencies of managers and the use of the latest information technologies. The authors also found out that for the successful implementation of any innovations, especially new management methods, the character of the staff's views, attitude to changes, orientation to development, readiness to take risks are of great importance. In the course of research, it was established that innovative methods of managing the production of plant products are aimed at implementing the strategy of applying innovations in order to achieve its main goal of functioning. Depending on the direction that was chosen or the scale of innovative methods of managing the production of plant products, various ways of achieving the company's goals are used. The expediency of using innovative methods of managing the production of plant products for the successful functioning of the enterprise, increasing production efficiency and increasing the profitability of the enterprise is considered.
