THE MECHANISM OF MANAGEMENT OF THE FINANCIAL STABILITY OF THE INSURANCE COMPANY: THEORETICAL ASPECT
Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of interpretation and structure of the financial stability management mechanism of the insurer. The essence of this category has been studied, as its research by scientists is currently limited. The understanding of financial stability management is analyzed on the example of enterprises and banks. It was found that any management is based on a certain mechanism that is financial in nature, given its universality and the possibility of application in various areas. Therefore, it is also worth applying a financial mechanism for managing their financial stability for insurance companies. The structure of the financial stability management mechanism of the insurance market entity is presented in the paper in the form of four subsystems that interact with each other. Each subsystem contains its own elements, the identification, understanding and correct application of which allow achieving the key goals of such management. Among the key elements is the subject of management, which through the application of methods, techniques and methods affects the object of management. Subjects of financial stability management are listed according to three characteristics, which take into account the main purpose of presenting the results of the study of financial stability of insurance companies (observance of legal requirements, compilation of ratings, internal needs of the company). Management objects include absolute and relative indicators. In addition, it is important to take into account different security, since its limitations can make it impossible to use certain tools. Thanks to such interaction, the purpose of using the mechanism and the main tasks of its use are achieved. However, when applying the mechanism, it is appropriate to take into account the influence of various factors.
