ORGANIZATION OF CASH FLOW ACCOUNTING AT THE ENTERPRISE: FEATURES AND PROBLEMATIC ASPECTS IN MODERN CONDITIONS
Abstract
The article deals with current issues regarding cash flow accounting at the enterprise. The role of cash in the activity of the enterprise is determined and their definition is given. The procedure for servicing cash funds is substantiated and the requirements for the organization of the cash register at the enterprise are given, which are designed to increase the safety and efficiency of working with cash funds. Current restrictions on cash payments between legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and individuals who are not registered entrepreneurs have been systematized. The procedure for setting limits for the balance of cash in the cash register at the end of the working day has been analyzed. The procedure for depositing excess cash in the cash register to the company's bank account has been studied. Sources of cash receipts to the enterprise are given. It has been determined which primary documents are used to register and issue cash from the cash register. The mechanism of posting cash in the cash register at enterprises that work with and without registers of settlement operations is separately disclosed. The procedure for drawing up cash orders and making entries regarding the movement of cash in the cash book and journals of registration of income and expenditure cash orders is defined. Systematized standard correspondence, which shows receipts and disbursements of cash from the cash register using account 30 "Cashier". The key problems that may arise in enterprises when working with cash during a full-scale war with the russian federation are identified, namely: power outages and access to the Internet, unstable work of the fiscal server of the tax office, disruption of logistical connections, as well as the impossibility of fully work through constant air alarms.
