PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE AND ITS FORMATION
Abstract
The article examines the problem of management and personnel formation taking into account the requirements of the market economy. The author describes the analysis of the relevant actions and directions of personnel management of enterprises, also indicates the strategic directions of the formation of personnel of enterprises and the rating of priority tasks related to the personnel of enterprises according to the research of personnel specialists, including: training and development of personnel, its performance management, selection and attraction, creation and changes in corporate culture, formation of personnel reserves, personnel evaluation, optimization of costs, reduction of turnover and increase of personnel involvement and leadership development; as well as the rating of priority tasks related to the personnel of enterprises based on research by employees of provider companies, including: personnel performance management, their selection and engagement, increasing personnel involvement, cost optimization, leadership development, formation of a personnel reserve, training and development of personnel, creation and changes of corporate culture, introduction of modern technologies, as well as automation of personnel service processes. So, taking into account the above, we can note that the strategic directions of the formation of production personnel are: firstly, hiring employees; secondly, staff meeting; thirdly, adaptation of new employees; fourthly, staff encouragement; fifth, health and safety; sixth, equal employment opportunities. The effectiveness of enterprise personnel management is determined by the level of use of labor resources in solving the problems and tasks before the enterprise. Personnel management specialists should offer a variety of solutions; personnel management services must be responsible for the effectiveness of the information support of the entire personnel management system; managers should pay more attention to the study of the transformation of the external environment and its influence, which, accordingly, will eliminate the threat of the personnel crisis of enterprises.
