FORMATION OF ORGANIZATION-ADAPTIVE MANAGEMENT MECHANISM BASED ON PROBABILITY CHARACTERISTICS OF MOVEMENT OF FINANCIAL FLOWS OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article is devoted to topical issues of research of essence and constituent stages of formation and practical realization of adaptive-organizational management mechanism on the basis of probabilistic movement of financial flows of the enterprise. The study proposes to use a scientific approach based on the proposed principles of organization and formulation of organizational and adaptive mechanism of enterprise management. The main directions of development of financial policy and bases of information base of the enterprise for complex introduction in activity of the enterprise of the adaptive-organizational management mechanism are defined. It is determined that during the implementation of the adaptive-organizational management mechanism it is important to identify the basic rules, methods and real indicators of analysis of financial statements. Among them are the main methods of statistical, mathematical and economic analysis. In addition, we have identified indicators, as objects of adaptive-organizational management mechanism, can be used to manage cash flows. From the studied methods we have selected the method of statistical analysis, which is most suitable for the formation of optimal interaction of probabilistic movement of financial resources and adaptive-organizational mechanism of enterprise management through our proposed principles, stages of their implementation. he result of using this method in the formation of adaptive-organizational management mechanism based on the probabilistic characteristics of financial flow is that the existing differences between theoretical and empirical frequencies are insignificant, and the practical distribution is consistent with the theoretical. The application of these criteria for assessing adequacy in the study is sufficient to achieve a high level of reliability of stochastic characteristics of the process of estimating probabilistic flows of financial movement to implement our proposed model of adaptive-organizational management mechanism through effective determination of status, role and correctness reflect with the simultaneous provision of the optimal level of financial reserves, the level of lending and security of the production cycle of the enterprise.
