HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE IN THE INNOVATIVE ECONOMY

Abstract

The modern concept of competitiveness concerns not only the development and impact of material resources on the economic expansion of individual economic units or larger structures, such as regions. In the literature on this issue, it is assumed that socio-economic success depends primarily on intangible factors, namely knowledge and innovation-human capital. Today, both practitioners and theorists pay great attention to the proper development of human capital. It is argued that the quality of this capital determines the economic expansion of entities, not only successful areas, but also those that need to get out of stagnation or collapse. However, it should be noted that the development of this unique resource is due to many macro-, meso- and microeconomic factors. This article meets the needs of the market in the field of human capital development management. The study examines both known issues and those that make a significant new substantive contribution to the field of knowledge presented. The topics covered in the article are a valuable source of knowledge for both practitioners and theorists dealing with the above issues. The article identifies the key objectives of human capital development of domestic enterprises. A comparative analysis of innovative and traditional approaches to human capital management. The organizational and economic mechanism of human capital management of the enterprise in the conditions of innovative economy is substantiated. Performed a comparative analysis of the criteria of innovative and traditional approach to human capital management. The foreign experience of formation of models of management of human capital of the enterprise is analyzed. The purpose of the article is the theoretical and methodological justification of methodological approaches to the formation of organizational and economic mechanism of human capital management of the enterprise. The objectives of the article are to draw attention to the fact that the effectiveness of the company does not depend on the simple possession of specific human capital, but on the skillful management of it. It seems that you can succeed in the market without having your own capital, but improper management of available capital can have the opposite effect.
