FINANCING OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES AND ANALYSIS OF EFFICIENCY OF USE OF FINANCIAL RESOURCES OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES
Abstract
The article examines the features of financing the innovative activities of agricultural enterprises. It is determined that the priorities of development are changing towards an innovative form of entrepreneurship, the advantages of which ensure the achievement of the main strategic goals - profitability, efficiency and competitiveness in the agricultural market. It is revealed that the competitive development of enterprises of the agricultural sector is directly dependent on the innovative type of development of agricultural formations, which further intensifies the search for opportunities to integrate innovative entrepreneurship into the traditional business model. The innovative components of the development of agricultural enterprises are studied and it is revealed that they include not only new equipment, technologies, but also a modern system of labor organization, production, motivation, alternative entrepreneurship. That is, the process of finding strategic alternatives for the development of agricultural enterprises is becoming important. Trends in the development of innovation at the regional, national and international levels are considered. It is determined that the creation, implementation and development of innovations directly in agro-industrial production will restore the positive dynamics of the main economic indicators of enterprises and increase their efficiency. The calculations presented in the article illustrate the unsatisfactory state of state funding for innovation in Ukraine, which makes it virtually impossible to expect positive results (returns) of such funding, which inhibits the progressive innovative development of the state economy.Therefore, the successful functioning of agricultural enterprises in modern economic conditions should contribute to the intensification of their innovation activities through the improvement of state regulation and support for innovation development. It is the state that must establish a progressive and effective mechanism for managing agro-industrial production based on innovation, and its financial support - to ensure economic sustainability of agricultural enterprises in order to create conditions for increasing product competitiveness and food security in the country.
