СИСТЕМАТИЗАЦІЯ РИЗИКІВ ДІЛОВОЇ РЕПУТАЦІЇ КОМПАНІЇ
Анотація
У статті досліджено теоретичні засади систематизації ризиків ділової репутації компанії в умовах зростання їх значущості для забезпечення стійкості бізнесу. Обґрунтовано необхідність інтеграції управління цим видом ризиків у загальну систему ризик-менеджменту. Запропоновано підхід до систематизації ризиків ділової репутації за ключовими категоріями їх проявів, що дозволяє структурувати фактори формування негативного сприйняття діяльності компанії. Охарактеризовано дуальну природу ризику через виділення первинних і вторинних проявів та визначено відмінності у підходах до їх управління. Практична цінність результатів полягає у можливості їх використання при побудові систем управління ризиками ділової репутації компаній. Подальші дослідження доцільно спрямувати на розроблення системи управління ризиками ділової репутації компанії на засадах міждисциплінарного підходу.
