ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ СТАНУ ДІДЖИТАЛІЗАЦІЇ БУДІВЕЛЬНОЇ СФЕРИ УКРАЇНИ: РАКУРС НА ГАЛУЗЕВУ СПЕЦІАЛІЗАЦІЮ КОМПАНІЙ-ЛІДЕРІВ

Анотація
У статті здійснено комплексне дослідження стану діджиталізації провідних компаній будівельної сфери України. Показано, що левова частка ринкових позицій сконцентрована у дорожніх підрядників, тоді як компанії, орієнтовані на будівництво будівель та реставрацію, формують нішевий сегмент. Розроблено умовну типологію рівнів цифрової зрілості будівельних компаній (низький, середній, середньо-високий, високий). Окремо наголошено на ризиках для компаній зі швидким зростанням доходу за умов нестабільних фінансових результатів та недостатньо сформованої цифрової екосистеми. Зроблено висновок про необхідність поетапного нормативного закріплення вимог до BIM для державних проєктів, розроблення уніфікованої системи цифрових КРІ для будівельних компаній та запровадження інструментів підтримки цифрової трансформації МСП будівельної сфери.
