МІЖНАРОДНИЙ ДОСВІД РОЗВИТКУ ТРАНСПОРТНО-ЛОГІСТИЧНИХ СИСТЕМ В МІСЬКИХ АГЛОМЕРАЦІЯХ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена аналізу міжнародного досвіду розвитку транспортно-логістичних систем (ТЛС) в міських агломераціях. У статті проаналізовано причини прискорення урбанізації та визначено необхідність створення міських агломерацій. Проведено дослідження країн з найбільшою часткою населення, що проживає в міських агломераціях, та встановлено прямий зв'язок між найбільш урбанізованими країнами та рівнем їх доходу. Визначено ключові фактори, що впливають на розвиток транспортно-логістичної системи в міських агломераціях. Окреслено переваги ефективного розвитку транспортно-логістичної системи в міських агломераціях, основними з яких є економічний розвиток, зменшення транспортних витрат і часу, відповідність екологічним стандартам, розвиток інфраструктури та інновацій. Проаналізовано проблеми та ризики, що виникають для ТЛС в різних країнах світу, а також систематизовано міжнародний досвід управління такими ризиками.
