УПРАВЛІННЯ СТАЛИМ РОЗВИТКОМ МІСТ: ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ ПІДХОДІВ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням управління сталим міським розвитком з врахуванням активних процесів діджиталізації. Зазначено, що керованість та наукова обґрунтованість сталого розвитку міст є основою його ефективного забезпечення. Враховуючи системність усіх міських сфер та процесів забезпечення життєдіяльності міст, необхідність відновлення міської інфраструктури в багатьох містах України на засадах інноваційності та технологічного оновлення, запропоновано підхід, який ґрунтується на взаємодії громадян, міської влади, економічних структур, громадянського суспільства на основі досвіду міст країн ЄС. Розглянуто досвід міст країн ЄС в сфері управління сталим розвитком, формування дієвих засобів взаємодії на основі цифрових та інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Визначено очікувані ефекти від впровадження цифрових інструментів управління сталим міським розвитком.
