СУТНІСТЬ ТА ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ФОРМУВАННЯ ЕКОСИСТЕМ БІЗНЕСУ В НОВІЙ ЕКОНОМІЦІ

Анотація

Нова економіка та сучасні динамічні зміни генерують цілий ряд викликів для бізнесу щодо того як успішно розвиватись в умовах, коли лінійний підхід створення цінності не є достатньо ефективним. Не останню роль в цьому процесі відіграють нові методи інформаційного обміну між компаніями на ринку та інструментарій роботи з кінцевим покупцем товарів/послуг. В усіх сегментах ринку кожен день спостерігаються нові тренди комунікації та взаємовідносин, які викликані новими технологіями. В таких умовах бізнес шукає нові підходи як до побудови власної компанії та генерації нових цінностей/послуг/продуктів, так і до взаємовідносин між іншими учасниками ринку. В статті проаналізовано ряд теоретичних підходів щодо розуміння сутності сучасних бізнес-мереж з точки зору вихідного концепту біологічної та екологічної екосистеми. Узагальнено підходи авторів до визначення екосистем бізнесу, виділено їх невід’ємні та варіативні характеристики. Дано визначення поняттю «екосистема бізнесу».
