ECOSYSTEMNESS AND VALUE GENERATION IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Abstract

The article is dedicated to exploring the role of ecosystems in the formation and generation of values in modern entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial ecosystems represent complex networks of interactions between various market participants, united by common goals and interdependent relationships. The article examines key factors that contribute to the successful functioning of entrepreneurial ecosystems, such as complementarity, modularity, innovation, flexibility, and sustainability. Complementarity ensures the synergy of resources and knowledge, enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises, while modularity promotes flexibility in interactions with partners and reduces management costs. The study also focuses on practical recommendations for entrepreneurs regarding the integration of modern technologies and the creation of mutually beneficial partnerships. Focusing on complementarity through the establishment of interdependent relationships with partners allows for increased added value by optimizing the use of resources and knowledge. The integration of modern digital technologies contributes to cost reduction, process automation, and faster adaptation to market changes, thereby increasing the profitability of enterprises. Maintaining modularity ensures flexibility and decentralized management, enabling businesses to respond quickly to changes in market conditions. The results of the study can be useful for managers and entrepreneurs aiming to optimize business processes and ensure sustainable development in volatile market conditions. Understanding the mechanisms of creation and functioning of entrepreneurial ecosystems is crucial for achieving sustainable competitive advantage and effective business management. The integration of digital technologies enhances the efficiency of interactions between ecosystem participants and the creation of added value. Thus, the ecosystem approach allows for creating conditions for sustainable business development and ensuring long-term economic growth and societal well-being.
