ОСНОВИ ФОРМУВАННЯ МАКРОСИСТЕМИ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ ЄС У КОНТЕКСТІ ПОГЛИБЛЕННЯ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОЇ ІНТЕГРАЦІЇ
Анотація
Досліджено особливості формування макросистеми вищої освіти (МСВО) ЄС. Узагальнено основні цілі та пріоритети розвитку ВО, встановлені на рівні ЄС. Наводяться стратегічні рамки співпраці країн-членів ЄС у сфері ВО. Обґрунтовано доцільність використання макросистемного бачення для забезпечення розвитку ВО на рівні ЄС. Роз’яснено основи створення МСВО ЄС. Наголошено на доцентрових тенденціях щодо об’єднання освітніх інституцій, закладів ВО, спільнот, посиленні регіоналізації ВО. Визначено, що формування МСВО ЄС має внутрішній та зовнішній виміри. Визначено особливості поєднання конкуренції та співпраці у ВО всередині ЄС. Роз’яснено особливості активізації співробітництва між закладами ВО, а також виникнення багаторівневої системи партнерства у сфері ВО. Обґрунтовано, що поряд із формуванням МСВО спостерігається значний поліморфізм систем ВО країн ЄС. Роз’яснено практичні прояви функціонування МСВО ЄС, що підтверджує її виникнення та вплив.
