АНАЛІЗ ВПЛИВУ ФАКТОРІВ НА МІЖНАРОДНУ ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ УКРАЇНИ ТА КРАЇН ЄС В КОНТЕКСТІ РОЗВИТКУ ІНДУСТРІЇ 4.0
Анотація
Статтю присвячено дослідженню факторів впливу на міжнародну діяльність України та країн ЄС в умовах розвитку Індустрії 4.0. Охарактеризовано поняття «міжнародна діяльність» у контексті Індустрії 4.0 та розглянуто систему чинників її розвитку. На основі порівняльного аналізу за індексами мережевої готовності (NRI) та глобальним індексом інновацій (GII) виявлено стійкість цифрової бази України поряд із тенденцією до зниження інноваційних результатів. Проаналізовано динаміку експорту ІКТ-послуг та стан безпечної мережевої інфраструктури. За допомогою кореляційно-регресійного аналізу виявлено високу щільність зв’язку між інфраструктурно-освітніми чинниками та обсягами експорту ІКТ. Обґрунтовано пріоритетність інтеграції до Єдиного цифрового ринку ЄС та інвестування в людський капітал згідно з Національною економічною стратегією 2030. Запропоновано надання податкових пільг підприємствам, які інтегрують технології Індустрії 4.0 у свої процеси та створення державного фонду для підтримки технологічної модернізації промисловості у співпраці з ЄС.
