ІНСТИТУЦІЙНІ МЕХАНІЗМИ ІНТЕГРАЦІЇ РЕСУРСІВ МІЖНАРОДНИХ ФІНАНСОВИХ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙ У РОЗВИТОК ПРОМИСЛОВОГО СЕКТОРУ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
У статті досліджено інституційні механізми інтеграції ресурсів міжнародних фінансових організацій у розвиток промислового сектору України в умовах структурних трансформацій та повоєнного відновлення економіки. Обґрунтовано, що ресурси міжнародних фінансових організацій доцільно розглядати не лише як джерело зовнішнього фінансування, а як інструмент модернізації виробництва, розвитку інноваційного потенціалу та структурної перебудови промисловості. Визначено ключові механізми інтеграції ресурсів міжнародних фінансових організацій, зокрема стратегічну координацію, інституційне узгодження пріоритетів, фінансово-кредитні інструменти, механізми розподілу ризиків та систему моніторингу результативності. Доведено, що ефективність використання ресурсів міжнародних фінансових організацій залежить від якості інституційного середовища, спроможності держави формувати промислову політику та забезпечувати інтеграцію зовнішніх фінансових потоків у внутрішній економічний розвиток.
