ВПЛИВ ЦИФРОВОГО ЛІДЕРСТВА НА ФОРМУВАННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНИХ БІЗНЕС-МОДЕЛЕЙ У МСП: РОЛЬ ЦИФРОВОЇ ЗРІЛОСТІ
Анотація
У статті досліджено вплив цифрового лідерства на формування інноваційних бізнес-моделей у малих і середніх підприємствах з урахуванням ролі цифрової зрілості. Метою є обґрунтування механізму опосередкованого впливу цифрового лідерства через розвиток цифрової зрілості підприємства. Використано методи теоретичного узагальнення, порівняльного аналізу та концептуального моделювання. Запропоновано модель, відповідно до якої цифрове лідерство формує цифрову зрілість, що трансформується у цифрову культуру, технологічну готовність та організаційну гнучкість, створюючи передумови для інноваційних бізнес-моделей. Обґрунтовано, що опосередкований вплив цифрового лідерства є сильнішим за прямий. Практичне значення полягає у можливості використання результатів для формування стратегій цифрового розвитку малих та середніх підприємств.
