БЮДЖЕТНА ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЬ ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ ТЕЛЕМЕДИЦИНИ В СИСТЕМІ ОХОРОНИ ЗДОРОВ’Я
Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано підходи до оцінювання бюджетного впливу впровадження телемедицини в системі охорони здоров’я України в умовах обмежених ресурсів і зростання навантаження на первинну медичну допомогу. Розкрито роль телемедицини як інструменту організаційної й фінансової оптимізації медичних послуг. Визначено значення аналізу бюджетного впливу для обґрунтування управлінських рішень. Запропоновано засади застосування BIA-підходу з урахуванням хронічних захворювань, витрат і потенційної економії, що сприяє підвищенню ефективності використання ресурсів і стійкості системи охорони здоров’я. Обґрунтовано доцільність інтеграції телемедичних сервісів у практику первинної допомоги та перспективи їх масштабування в умовах післявоєнного відновлення. Підкреслено значення цифрових рішень для підвищення доступності медичних послуг. Зосереджено увагу на необхідності подальших економічних досліджень у цій сфері.
