ОБМЕЖЕННЯ МОДЕЛЕЙ ЦИФРОВОЇ ЗРІЛОСТІ ДЛЯ АГРОПРОДОВОЛЬЧИХ СИСТЕМ
Анотація
Проаналізовано чотири моделі оцінювання цифрової зрілості (CMMI, Acatech Industrie 4.0 MI, Deloitte DMM, Digital Vortex) щодо застосовності до агропродовольчого сектору. Порівняння здійснено за шістьма критеріями: предмет оцінювання, рівень агрегації, секторальна орієнтація, нормативний вимір, часова динаміка та емпірична валідація. Виявлено п'ять системних вад: моносуб'єктність, приховану галузеву упередженість, нормативну глухоту, ігнорування сезонної ритмічності та інституційну нечутливість. Обґрунтовано, що природозалежність виробничого результату, структурна гетерогенність суб'єктів та системна взаємозалежність учасників ланцюга унеможливлюють пряме перенесення універсальних моделей на аграрний контекст. Сформульовано вимоги до секторально адекватної методології оцінювання.
