СПЕЦИФІКА ФОРМУВАННЯ ТА РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ РАДИКАЛЬНИХ І ІНКРЕМЕНТНИХ ІННОВАЦІЙНИХ ПРОЄКТІВ
Анотація
У статті здійснено теоретичне обґрунтування відмінностей між інноваційними та інвестиційними проєктами й уточнено специфіку формування, реалізації та оцінювання інноваційних проєктів залежно від характеру новизни. Доведено, що інноваційний проєкт не може розглядатися виключно як різновид інвестиційного, оскільки передбачає трансформацію технологічних, організаційних і ринкових параметрів діяльності підприємства. Запропоновано типологізацію інноваційних проєктів на інкрементні та радикальні. Встановлено, що інкрементні проєкти частково інтегруються в систему традиційного фінансового планування та поєднують фінансову й операційну логіку управління, тоді як радикальні характеризуються високим рівнем невизначеності, ітеративністю реалізації та потребують гнучких організаційних механізмів і поєднання стратегічних та фінансових критеріїв оцінювання.
