It analyzes the results of scientific works by domestic researchers on the impact of digital transformations on the economic growth of regions, the formation of innovative ecosystems, improving the efficiency of management and the quality of life of the population. Particular attention is paid to the problem of digital inequality, which is manifested in the asymmetry of the territory's access to information and communication technologies, digital infrastructure and modern electronic services. For digital transformation, the development of the digital infrastructure of regions is used, which provides fast Internet connection, high-quality mobile communications, the development of digital platforms and services, which creates conditions for the development of electronic communication, electronic commerce and other digital services. It considers state policy in the field of digital transformation, in particular, the conceptual principles of the development of digital competencies of the population and their significance for the formation of the digital economy. The main directions of the digital transformation of the territory have been identified, including the development of e-government, digital infrastructure, innovation ecosystem, open data, digital platforms and services for citizens and businesses. It has been established that digitalization creates significant positive effects for territorial development, in particular, increasing the competitiveness of territories, developing entrepreneurship, reducing administrative barriers, increasing transparency of management, optimizing the use of resources and strengthening the inclusiveness of socio-economic processes. The introduction of digital technologies and electronic services increases the transparency of management, reducing bureaucracy and corruption risks, and also expands access of citizens and businesses to public services. At the same time, digitalization stimulates the development of entrepreneurship, optimizes the use of resources and creates new opportunities for economic growth. It has been proven that digital technologies play an important role in ensuring the stability of the territory under martial law and forming the prerequisites for their military restoration.
