НОРМАТИВНЕ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ЗАЛУЧЕННЯ ПІІ В УМОВАХ ТУРБУЛЕНТНОСТІ: СВІТОВІ ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ ТА РЕФОРМУВАННЯ В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
В статті досліджені світові тенденції нормативного забезпечення залучення та регулювання прямих іноземних інвестицій в умовах невизначеності та турбулентності, а також узагальнені сучасний стан та перспективи подальшого реформування інвестиційного законодавства в Україні для прискорення процесу вступу до ЄС. Продемонстровано, що реформування міжнародних інвестиційних угод залишається повільним, а близько половини світових ПІІ регулюються нереформованими договорами, що утруднює врегулювання спорів. Зроблено висновок, що цифровізація регуляторних процедур виступає ключовим фактором інституційної довіри та підвищення субіндексів Україні у провідних міжнародних рейтингах. Завершення інституційної конвергенції та імплементація стандартів ЄС потребує подальшого врегулювання питань скринінгу ПІІ, лібералізації валютного режиму та модернізації страхового сектору.
